Zentral steht ein hoher Altar aus Feldsteinen errichtet mit durchgehender Steinplatte oben und unten, darauf brennt ein Feuer. Auf oder hinter dem Altar steht ein Kultbild der Göttin mit Krone auf einer kleinen Säule. Links neben dem Altar steht Herakles mit erhobener linker Hand, oberkörperfreiem Gewand und Kranz auf dem Haupt, den Kopf und die rechte Hand zu Iolaos zurückgewandt. Von rechts kommt Nike mit einem chernibeion (ungewöhnliche Form) und einem flachen kanoun mit drei Zweigen. Hinter ihr öffnet ein Knabe einen Kasten, der am Boden steht. Seite B: Drei Jünglinge im Mantel. – Inscriptions: Namensbeischriften: ???e??, ??a????, ???s?, ????.

(rituelle Handlung). Rechts befindet sich ein Sakralgebäude (Stylobat, zwei dorische Säulen, Ante, Architrav, darauf Zweige und umgestürzter Lebes. Das Gebäude ist von einem Seil umwunden). Zwar erinnert der Bau an das Tetrastylon des Herakles (s. 7. 8), doch handelt es sich hier um eine Struktur mit zwei Säulen und zwei Anten (Bérard: Propylon). Im hügeligen Hintergrund eine Herme (bärtig, hochgestecktes Haar, Diadem, im Profil nach r.). Zuordnung zu Festen: Oinisterien (?).

Weiter links noch zwei einzelne, ebenfalls verkürzte Säulen. In der Mitte Demeter, Kore und Triptolemos auf dem Flügelwagen, zu Füssen der Mittelgruppe zwei Bakchosringe. Von links kommt Herakles mit Bakchos und Keule, in der oberen Bildhälfte ganz rechts und links die Dioskuren ebenfalls mit Bakchoi.

R. eine junge Frau mit einer Kanne und einem Kanoun mit zwei Griffen, in dem drei Zweige (zwei noch sichtbar) stecken. Niedriger, rechteckiger Altar auf zweistufiger Basis, mit Kymation verzierte Deckplatte, Windschutz beiderseits, zu erkennen sind ausserdem Aschenreste, Blutspuren und ein Feuer. Über der Szene zwei Stierschädel mit stemmata.
