Description: frieze, relief, Roman – Material: marble – Dating: 41/54 – Discovery: (not specified) – Description: Stieropfer neben einem Tempel in Vorderansicht: sehr hohes, von Treppenwangen eingefasstes Podium (ca. 17 Stufen). 8 korinthische Säulen (7 erhalten) bilden die Vorhalle, hinter der ein Teil der detailliert angegebenen Cellaquadermauer und der Eingang sichtbar sind, 3-Fascien-Architrav, Zahnschnitt, figürlich verzierter Giebel, der das Gebäude als Tempel des Mars Ultor auf dem Augustus-Forum ausweist (zu dem früheren Mars Ultor [Rund]-Tempel s. die Münzbilder 30), Eckakrotere.
