Vor der Herme befindet sich ein rechteckiger Blockaltar auf Basis mit Volutenaufsatz, aufgeschichteten Holzscheite und Feuer. Er ist mit Blutspuren bespritzt. Rechts des Altars steht ein bekränzter Splanchnoptes, der einen obelos schräg nach oben hält. Ihm gegenüber libiert ein zweiter Mann mit einer schlecht erkennbaren patera über dem Altar und hält die linke Hand geöffnet. Hinter ihm kommt ein nackter bekränzter Jüngling heran, der in der gesenkten Rechten eine Kanne und auf der Linken ein kanoun mit eingesteckten Zweigen hält. Unter den Henkeln des Gefässes befinden sich Louterien. B-Seite: Zwei Jünglinge.
