Typ I2), aus dem Rauch aufsteigt und an das zwei sich überkreuzende Bakchoi angelehnt sind. Auf den in Relief wiedergegebenen Zweigbündeln sind keine Ringe und überhaupt keine Spuren einer Einschnürung zu sehen. Rechts neben der Kore steht Herakles mit Keule und Bakchos in der Linken, sowie Ferkel in der Rechten. Er dreht sich um zur behelmten Athena, die hinter ihm auf einem Fels sitzt. Dahinter steht ein weiteres Paar, wohl die sitzende (auf Omphalos?) Thea (oder Deiope?) mit Szepter und vor ihr der mit zwei Fackeln stehende Eubouleus (oder Eumolpos?). Auf der linken Seite der Szenerie, steht links hinter Demeter Apoll mit Dreifuss, vor ihm sitzt Triptolemos auf dem Flügelwagen mit Szepter. Hinter ihm steht Iakchos (oder Eubouleus?) mit Fackel, der sich zur auf einem Omphalos (?) sitzenden Rhea (oder Thea?) mit Szepter umsieht.

Description: crater, vase painting, red figured, Greece – Material: terracotta – Dating: -440/-430 – Discovery: (not specified) – Description: Fragmente von 3 grossen Krateriskoi bzw. krateriskoi-ähnlichen Krateren, denn da die Gefässe die charakteristischen Doppelhenkel aufweisen – von den Füssen ist nichts erhalten –, können sie vermutlich trotz ihrer Grösse zum Gefässtypus der Krateriskoi gezählt werden. Auf dem ersten Gefäss stehen Leto, Artemis und Apollon links. Eine Hirschkuh springt nach rechts auf ein Bäumchen zu, neben dem ein bärenköpfiger Knabe (Arkas?) steht. Rechts von ihm befindet sich eine ebenfalls bärenköpfige Frau (Kallisto?). Eine weitere Hirschkuh springt nach rechts weg. Die beiden anderen Kraterfragmente zeigen Kultszenen: – Auf dem einen sind nackte Mädchen mit Kränzen vor einem Bären weglaufend dargestellt. Der Bär ist über einem der Henkel zwischen zwei Palmen abgebildet. – Auf dem anderen laufen Mädchen in kurzem Chiton und Kränzen auf eine Palme zu. Auf der anderen Gefässseite beschäftigen sich drei Frauen, die Zweige und Körbe halten, mit weiteren Mädchen. Offensichtlich erhalten diese die letzten Instruktionen, bevor sie zum Lauf starten. Möglicherweise war in den fehlenden Teilen oberhalb der Henkel der Altar dargestellt. Zuordnung zu Festen: Arkteia/Brauronia (Simon).
