In der oberen Zone war die Tötung der Kassandra dargestellt. Von einer anderen Szene der Vase ist nur das Fragment 4 erhalten, das den Unterkörper einer auf den Stufen des Altars hingesunkenen Gestalt zeigt, vor der ein Schwert im Boden steckt bzw. am Altar lehnt. Nach links schreitet ein Krieger mit umgehängter Schwertscheide davon. Die Szene lässt sich nicht mir Sicherheit deuten. Falls die Gestalt auf den Altarstufen ein Mann ist, könnte man an Priamos denken und für die ganze Vase die einheitliche Darstellung einer Iliupersis denken.

In der oberen Zone war die Tötung der Kassandra dargestellt. Von einer anderen Szene der Vase ist nur das Fragment 4 erhalten, das den Unterkörper einer auf den Stufen des Altars hingesunkenen Gestalt zeigt, vor der ein Schwert im Boden steckt bzw. am Altar lehnt. Nach links schreitet ein Krieger mit umgehängter Schwertscheide davon. Die Szene lässt sich nicht mir Sicherheit deuten. Falls die Gestalt auf den Altarstufen ein Mann ist, könnte man an Priamos denken und für die ganze Vase die einheitliche Darstellung einer Iliupersis denken.
