Auf dem Helmaufsatz: Einweihung eines Mysten in die dionysischen Mysterien: Links unter Baum (Pinie) Priaposherme nach links auf Fels, links davon stehende Figur mit erhobenen Händen (hält etwas), rechts vor Altar kniende Figur. Links anschliessend Opfertisch (Gefässe darauf, Gefäss darunter). In der Mitte Einweihungshandlung (gleicher Typus wie auf zwei Campanareliefs): Silen mit Liknon; der Myste in vorgebeugter Haltung, von einer Frau am Kopf gehalten, die sich zum Silen mit Liknon umwendet; von rechts hinzuschreitende Figur (Frau), die ein Tympanon hochhält (und offenbar daraufschlägt). Rechts an den Hinterbeinen aufgehängtes Opfertier, das von einem Mann aufgeschnitten wird, darunter eine Becken. Darunter weitere Szene mit Kultbild, Altar, vorgebeugter Figur, Opferstier?, Vorhang.
