Er wird flankiert von einer Frau mit sistrum und situla und einem dunkelhäutigen Mann mit sistrum, links und rechts davon je eine Sphinx und eine Palme. Es könnte sich bei dem Trio um Darstellungen der Isis, des Anubis und des Osiris Kanopos (ein Wassergefäss mit Verschluss in Form eines Osiriskopfes) handeln. Vor den Stufen des Tempels wird vom Kultpersonal an einem grossen, rechteckigen Altar ein Opfer vorbereitet: ein weiterer Priester am Fuss der Stufen weist mit dem rechten Arm nach links, er dirigiert wohl den zu beiden Seiten des Altars in Reihe stehenden Chor. Im Vordergrund in der Mitte steht der Altar, über den sich von rechts ein Priester mit Fächer und ??? beugt. Von rechts nähert sich eine Person mit langem Stab über der Schulter, neben ihm sitzt ein Flötenspieler. Links des Altars stehen zwei Frauen mit sistra in der rechten Hand, sie neigen den Oberkörper wie im Tanz nach links. Der Altar ist in Vorderansicht dargestellt mit seitlichen Windschutzplatten, ihn schmückt eine Girlande. Vor dem Altar zwei Vögel (Ibisse), ein weiterer sitzt rechts vor der Sphinx.

Sträuchern eine vergrössert dargestellte Schlange auf einen Rundaltar zu, auf der rechten Seite fliegt ein Vogel.
