Links und rechts des Altars halten die beiden Begleiter als splanchnoptai obeloi über den Altar. Das Kultbild (nur der untere Teil ist erhalten) steht auf einer Säule vor dem Altar, im Hintergrund hängen 3 figürlich bemalte pinakes an einem Baum. Rechts schliessen sich Athena und eine weitere Göttin an, von der nur die Hände und ein Teil des Gewandes erhalten sind. – Inscriptions: Namensbeischriften erlauben die Identifikation der Begleiter des Herakles als Philoktet und Lichas: F???S???, ??[??S].
