Neben dem Altar ein steht ein grosser Dreifuss und zwei weitere Figuren (eine Frau und ein Krieger). Description: cup, vase painting, red figured, Attica – Material: terracotta – Artist: Brygos Painter – Dating: -500/-475 – Discovery: Vulci – Description: Auf der Aussenseite Darstellung aus der Illiopersis: Priamos flüchtet sich auf den Altar (Rechteckiger Blockaltar auf Basis, Blutspuren am Altarkörper, Kyma, Volutenaufsatz, Feuerschutzplatte) und versucht Neoptolemos abzuwehren, der in der Rechten den toten Astyanax hält. Neben dem Altar ein steht ein grosser Dreifuss und zwei weitere Figuren (eine Frau und ein Krieger). Auf dem Innenbild sitzt Phoinix auf einen Stuhl mit Lehne, in der Linken einen Stab, in der ausgestreckten Rechten eine Schale, in die Briseis aus eine Kanne eine Flüssigkeit zum Trankopfer giesst. An der Wand hängen Schild ung Schwert. – Inscriptions: Beischriften: ?????S. ?????S???. ??????[S]. ??????????S. Auf dem Innenbild Namensbeischriften ???S??S und F?????.
