Die BAdenden, dargestellt in aphrodisischer Nacktheit: die Hockende, eine Präfiguration der Aphrodite des Doidalses, die Stehende der Diadumene nachempfunden. Der Maler hat seiner Darstellung einen mythischen Rahmen gegeben, wie der knieende Satyr am Baum und die angelehnte Aphrodite am Louterion mit dem Alabastron in der Hand zeigen. Die in ihrem Tun versunkenen Mädchen nehmen auf die göttlichen Erscheinungen um sie herum keinen Bezug. Die beiden Rahmenfiguren sind Vertreter der dionysischen und aphrodisischen Sphäre.
