Zentral steht ein hoher Altar aus Feldsteinen errichtet mit durchgehender Steinplatte oben und unten, darauf brennt ein Feuer. Auf oder hinter dem Altar steht ein Kultbild der Göttin mit Krone auf einer kleinen Säule. Links neben dem Altar steht Herakles mit erhobener linker Hand, oberkörperfreiem Gewand und Kranz auf dem Haupt, den Kopf und die rechte Hand zu Iolaos zurückgewandt. Von rechts kommt Nike mit einem chernibeion (ungewöhnliche Form) und einem flachen kanoun mit drei Zweigen. Hinter ihr öffnet ein Knabe einen Kasten, der am Boden steht. Im oberen Feld sitzt Augustus auf einem Thron mit Szepter, in der Rechten den lituus haltend, unter dem Thron sitzt ein Adler. Neben ihm (auf einem bisellum) sitzt Roma mit Helm, Schwert und Schild, den Panzer neben ihr auf dem Boden, in der Hand hält sie einen Speer. Der Herrscher wird ferner umgeben von einem Schild mit seinem Sternzeichen (capricornus) sowie in flacher Ritzung vor ihm der sidus Iulium (der Stern der Apotheose Caesars). Rechts davon sind Tellus mit Füllhorn und zwei Kindern (vielleicht die Personifikation der fruchttragenden Jahreszeiten), Chronos als Symbol des Goldenen Zeitalters sowie Oikumene, die eine corona civica über Augustus’ Haupt hält. Auf der Linke Seite des Kaisers ist ein Streitwagen zu sehen, der von Victoria gelenkt wird. Von ihm steigt Tiberius herab, mit demselben Szepter in der Hand wie Augustus (und somit als oberster Feldherr und designierter Nachfolger des Augustus charakterisiert). Zwischen ihm und Roma steht ein jugendlicher Krieger, der ein Pferd führt, es könnte sich um Iuventus handeln oder um den von Tiberius 4. n. Chr. adoptierten Germanicus. Das untere Register zeigt die Aufstellung eines Tropaions und das Heranführen von Gefangenen. Auf der linken Seite stemmen vier Männer das tropaion (an dem ein Schild mit einem Skorpion hängt, dem Geburtszeichen des Tiberius), die eventuell als Mars und Quirinus (in Panzer) sowie die Dioskuren (unbekleidet) interpretiert werden können. Zu ihren Füssen sitzen zwei Gefangene: ein gefesselter bärtiger Mann und eine Frau mit auf die Arme gestütztem Kopf. Die links dargestellten Waffen (Pfeil und Bogen) weisen auf Siege auf dem Balkan (vgl. Feldzug des Tiberius 6–9 n. Chr.). Die rechte Bildseite zeigt einen Mann mit Hut und eine Frau mit zwei Speeren in der Hand, bei denen es sich um Götter oder Personifikationen handeln muss, die aber nicht näher bestimmt werden können (vorgeschlagen wurden Diana und Merkur). Sie ziehen beide einen männlichen und eine weibl – Dimensions: H: 19 cm; B: 23 cm
