Description: relief, relief, Rome – Material: marble – Dating: 100/110 – Discovery: Ariccia – Description: Relief-Fragment in zwei Zonen: In der oberen Zone: Architekturdarstellung, die wohl den Südteil des Iseum Campense in Rom zeigt. Die Fassade besteht aus sieben Jochen, von den das mittlere vorspringt. In diesem befindet sich die Statue einer thronenden Göttin auf einer Basis, die ein Objekt vor sich auf dem Schoss hält (vermutlich eine Schriftrolle). Sie wird gerahmt von zwei Kandelabern mit sehr hoher, dreiseitiger Basis auf drei Füssen und kurzem Schaft mit einem gebogenen Scheibchen. Rechts und links stehen weitere Statuen in den Jochen, je ein frontaler Bes in der Mitte und zwei Paviane rechts und links davon mit dem Blick auf den Bes gerichtet. Auf dem Architrav Vögel. Neben der Architektur folgt ein Stier mit Sonnenscheibe zwischen den Hörnern (Apis) und ein Monopteros zwischen zwei Palmen mit einer männlichen Statue in Tunika und Mantel (Osiris=?). Den Abschluss an der rechten Seite bildet eine aedicula mit einer bärtigen Herme in Tunika. Die untere Zone zeigt Szenen eines kultischen Tanzes: nach dem abgebrochenen Teil links sind zwei Gruppen von Tänzern zu erkennen: links zwei bekränzte Männer mit je zwei Stäben, zwischen ihnen ein klatschender kleiner Mann (wohl negroid), hinter einem weiteren klatschenden Mann folgen drei Frauen in langen, durchscheinenden Chitonen. Sie haben den Rücken zum Betrachter gedreht und strecken die Arme in die Luft, die beiden äusseren tragen Klappern. Vor einem mit Girlanden und Rosetten verzierten Podest läuft ein weiterer klatschender Mann mit negroiden Zügen, auf dem Podest stehen vier Frauen und zwei Kinder, die ebenfalls klatschen oder Klappern halten. Die Frauen und Kinder tragen geknotete Hüfttücher und Kränze. Unterhalb der Szene waten Ibisse durch ein Wasser, zwei von ihnen picken nach einem Krebs. An der rechten Seite am Rahmen eine Stützfigur mit Schurz und Scheinstäben, deren Pendant wohl auf der linken Seite ergänzt werden muss. – Dimensions: H: 0,5 m; B: 1,12 m (ergänzt: 1,49 m)
