Links anschliessend Opfertisch (Gefässe darauf, Gefäss darunter). In der Mitte Einweihungshandlung (gleicher Typus wie auf zwei Campanareliefs): Silen mit Liknon; der Myste in vorgebeugter Haltung, von einer Frau am Kopf gehalten, die sich zum Silen mit Liknon umwendet; von rechts hinzuschreitende Figur (Frau), die ein Tympanon hochhält (und offenbar daraufschlägt). Rechts an den Hinterbeinen aufgehängtes Opfertier, das von einem Mann aufgeschnitten wird, darunter eine Becken. Darunter weitere Szene mit Kultbild, Altar, vorgebeugter Figur, Opferstier?, Vorhang.

Athena mit Nike oben links, auf der Gegenseite die beiden eleusinischen Göttinnen, links unten die Dioskuren, hier durch Kreuzfackeln als eleusinische Mysten gekennzeichnet und Herakles, zu dem Iris als Botin tritt. Unterhalb des Tempels sitzen zwei Knaben. Die Anwesenheite der Medea deutet darauf hin, dass es sich hier um ihre Söhne handelt. – Dimensions: H: 88 cm; H (mit Voluten): 100 cm – Inscriptions: Am Giebel des Tempels: ????S?S ?? ?????.
